I purchased a pair of RL swimming shorts from Flannels in Sutton Surrey. I went on holiday and used the product only for sun bathing. During this break the back pocket button fell off! I contacted RL and they said there was an issue in the manufacturing and that I should go back to the store for support. No surprise that when I went to the store they said it wasn’t a manufacturing issue and couldn’t (wouldn’t) help! The customer experience of both these companies is pathetic and shameful and I for one will never spend another penny in there stores or there substandard products.
