Quality is deteriorating. Threads on my sleeveless undershirts and underwear are are very loose and disappear after a while. I have long sleeve t-shirts where the neckline has dropped by 1 1/2 inches. I have a pair of jeans where there is frayed material right beside the rear pocket. I have spoken to three Polo Store reps and have been told the warranty on their product is 2 years, 6 months, and now 30 days. Ridiculous! I can buy better product at Costco at a better price without the hassle.

3 months waiting and no refund. Many emails sent and ignored. Company defrauding its customers. Will now take legal action.

Since taking possession of my return order on 4th March it's been 18 business days and still no sign of my refund, for refunding they are quite simply breathtakingly bad, take my advice and shop anywhere BUT Ralph Lauren.

I made an order earlier this month and it took me 22 days to receive it and the amount of calls I had to make to receive it was mind boggling and even then I had to leave my work spend money on transportation to get my parcel back but even after all this they won’t pay anything for the amount of stress and waste of time it costed me how is this even fair !!!!

I urge the world to NEVER order anything from Ralph Lauren. I placed my order in the middle of December, and it is now January 25th—and I still have nothing to show for it. They use the most incompetent delivery service in existence, UPS, and I’ve been dragged through the mud trying to resolve this disaster. Four times I’ve trudged to the pickup location, through pouring rain, only to find no package. Five different customer service representatives have written me the same copy-paste apologies, all claiming they’ll “personally” handle my case. Week after week, they promise to resolve the issue, but nothing ever happens. At first, I wrote in a polite yet serious tone, giving their so-called "sincere apology" the benefit of the doubt. But after 6-7 email exchanges, it’s clear they’re insulting my intelligence and treating me like an idiot. They told me UPS would deliver the package to my home and confirmed it would arrive within two days. I rearranged my days to ensure someone was home—and still, nothing. They’ve wasted my time, my energy, and my patience. This is not just bad customer service; it’s a complete and utter failure on every level. I am so furious I feel physically ill. They will cause me a stroke and PTSD. Ralph Lauren’s incompetence and disregard for their customers are mind-boggling. I don’t even want the item anymore—I just want my money back, and even that simple request has been ignored. This is nothing short of shameful.

Their outwear cloths are made by very low quality feather that sticks out on the second time you wear it. You will be covered in feather all over your other cloths. They refused the return just because the tags are no longer on it, but how will you know that it has this quality issue without actually wearing it for at least twice or so, no one except those that know they will return in the first place will be wearing it with tags on.

Returns/refunds are an absolute joke,returns firstly go to feltham then on to Italy before you get your money back,might take a month before you see your money again.clothes are not not worth the inflated prices..avoid.

This is a very difficult and uncompromising company to buy from. I purchased an expensive tee shirt from them. I inquired about the return/exchange policy. No exchange if the transaction is paid with PayPal. But you can get a refund. I asked about the return window: thirty days from the ORDER DATE. Read that again 30 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE. I called them on the 800 number and after a twenty minute argument they agreed that the policy is not fair to the customer. But they would not send me an email to that effect. If the product is received 30 days after the order date I am asked to call and they will discuss extending the return window.

Location: Vancouver Airport polo outlets store Bad service yesterday night When you ask different size,they sounds like no patience, "no more".Then you have to find under the table by yourself..In this time the guy come and tell me he will help me find .I just tell him,I already find L. Something happens same night,want another XL sweater..same guy ..this time he go back storerage room to check and tell me no more..but I find XL on different place..Store is mess and employees no passion for service... The bad thing is when I check out,they tell me I am not allowed buy in this store because their system showing I had bought too much...I want the India guy(supervisor maybe) show me the system notice,he refused to show me. Then why other people can buy ,why other store is ok for me. Even today,my wife check out,they refuse to sell..I ask why? The white lady said because we are together. What is her logic? Is this Ralph lauren attitude for customers? There is lot customers return stuff selling in on sale stuff.No one check the quality, lots have broken wire and tiny dint and zipper defaults. PLEASE CHECK THE ON SALE STUFF. I CALL THERIR ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH USA and Canada.. US customer service sounds helpful,but canada one is also kicking ball.. No interesting for their products and never step into that store to looking their bad attitude.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Ralph Lauren's refund process. Despite UPS clearly showing that they received my returned item, I was told it hadn’t arrived at their facility in Italy. They gave no clear time frame for processing, suggesting it could take 2-3 months or longer. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable. I strongly discourage others from shopping with them due to their unreliable refund policies.

Products are beautiful. shop are design lovely but, Customer service team (telephone customer service) are absolutely awful, shame you cannot write a review with no stars because that's where they belong. I have spoken to Customer service representative over the phone it feels like You talking to an Uber driver. absolutely bad English and bad attitude. don't explain themselves properly no wonder they got only one star review. SHAME on you Ralph Lauren!

I bough a shoes with this company on November 12 and it was supposed to get here on November 23. Besides the fact that I had no online updates about my product, when I contacted the company, they said that the product was sold to somebody else because the carrier couldnt get it sent to my address. WORSE BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. Dont buy from this company, that is so disappointing. The shoes was supposed to be a gift to my brother and now I have no gift.

I ordered two men's oxford shirts online that were on sale for 40% off (regularly $125 each). When they arrived, one was folded properly but not ironed nor in any kind of tissue paper. The other was folded as I might have done it (poorly) and when opened wide, the sleeves were rolled up. Obviously, it was a return. So for $150, I got a performance that was beneath the level of Walmart or Tractor Supply. You have now been warned. The glory days for this once great brand are apparently over.

Tried to buy 2 pairs of shoes online RL.com for a shipping in Los Angeles but have been unable to complete the order with any of my credit cards (MasterCard and Visa). An error message keeps showing ''something went wrong, try an alternative method or contact our customer service'' which I did. Completely incompetent customer service. The chat kept disconnecting making me repeat the whole issue all over again. One agent comes up with a solution then I get disconnected and the next agent is not able to go ahead with this same solution... They tell you that the amount is being held and blocked (!) and it can take up to 30 days to verify whether the card has sufficient bank autorisation to complete the payment? What???? Since when an online store holds a deposit amount for a purchase that did not go through ?? Is this a hotel room I'm trying to book here or a simple pair of shoes that I wanted to buy during black Friday??? I can't believe a ''luxury'' brand is making it impossible to buy something online in 2024. It took me 1 minute to realise I can't trust this brand with my money. Guys make sure you don't save your card détails on their website, they might be tempted to ''hold an amount'' even if 0 purchase has been made!!! Unbelievable.

I don't have a problem with Ralph Lauren. I have bought your beautiful clothes for many years and have had good service through the email ordering process. But I have to unsubscribe to your site. It is ridiculous. I've just ordered a dress and it's very nice....I like to view your website to see new styles periodically. However, I have received 17 emails since 11/24. This is absolutely so ridiculous and has to stop. I hope my unsubscribe message will suffice. You have lost a customer. Someone in your marketing shop should be smart enough to understand that no one wants to receive this many emails and it has the opposite effect. Your marketing needs to attract customers....not to turn them off. This is not the way. Mary Ann Browning.

I made on order and heard nothing from them. I have rung them 3 times and replied to their emails with more information. They then said it wasn’t received so I had to send it again. They now tell me they don’t have an order from me but funnily enough they taken my money!!!

We were in this store on Monday this week and got served by the the nicest and most helpful person Ive ever met. She was working in the change room it was so busy and she ran around helping everyone with sizes and suggestions, was just folding and putting away clothes, trying to serve so many people at once and she did it with a smile. it was so hot in there and so busy and she helped everyone. My wife just had a baby and is feeling quiet self conscious and this lady gave her the right size and knew exactly what my wife needed. It was crazy how much work she had to do one person....was so good and happy to help. We wished we got her name she had really short hair and was just fantastic. We were there for a few hours and we wanted to leave a review for this lady. she was incredible to everyone she dealt with. what a star.... not everyone in that store is nice at all. we weren't impressed when it was quiet late in the day near the change rooms and another staff member, i assume her boss came in and spoke very rudely and criticised that same lady for not working hard enough. we were disgusted nobody worked harder than her in the store, on that day. we all said she should be thanking her for the sales she made, what a shame you have the wrong people in charge. the 5 stars are for the lady with short blonde hair and we would give 1 star and none if available to the person who spoke both her and the guy helping her. funny we never saw the one critisising, do much while we their.

Washed two of my Ralph Lauren shirts that I got last weeks and really like they way they fit on me and were really excited to wear them and now they both don’t fit me cause they shrink by a while size in the washer I really wish I could tell who ever made the shirts that if your gonna make them so Damm expensive make them quality where they don’t shrink by a whole size a really stupid thing and design by whoever did it. never buying Ralph Lauren ever again and i suggest you guys don’t either not worth the money or the design save it and buy something that doesn’t stop fitting you after one wash 👍🏼

Oooo...Ralph Lauren. I really hope you see this. Just got this delivered yesterday. Looks like someone sowed up a whole and then you sold it to me. Shameful. You who sells $2000 sport watches and $1500 tshirts. Maybe you should come down on your prices if this is the quality of product people are paying for. If it happens again, I will not patronize the disrespect any longer. How convenient that my photo won't upload. Figures. Ohh...I purchased the item. It isn't coming up on my account so I can't review it or get a return label label. No packing slip was included either. Y'all are slipping. Not happy
