I urge the world to NEVER order anything from Ralph Lauren. I placed my order in the middle of December, and it is now January 25th—and I still have nothing to show for it. They use the most incompetent delivery service in existence, UPS, and I’ve been dragged through the mud trying to resolve this disaster. Four times I’ve trudged to the pickup location, through pouring rain, only to find no package. Five different customer service representatives have written me the same copy-paste apologies, all claiming they’ll “personally” handle my case. Week after week, they promise to resolve the issue, but nothing ever happens. At first, I wrote in a polite yet serious tone, giving their so-called "sincere apology" the benefit of the doubt. But after 6-7 email exchanges, it’s clear they’re insulting my intelligence and treating me like an idiot. They told me UPS would deliver the package to my home and confirmed it would arrive within two days. I rearranged my days to ensure someone was home—and still, nothing. They’ve wasted my time, my energy, and my patience. This is not just bad customer service; it’s a complete and utter failure on every level. I am so furious I feel physically ill. They will cause me a stroke and PTSD. Ralph Lauren’s incompetence and disregard for their customers are mind-boggling. I don’t even want the item anymore—I just want my money back, and even that simple request has been ignored. This is nothing short of shameful.
