I’m was very impressed by the way our issue was handled. We received our filters damaged due to shipping and I was very unhappy , I was so looking forward to replacing my filters on that weekend after we installed a new stove top in our kitchen, I sent an email and pictures of the damaged filters. Soon after the weekend I received a message that another set will be delivered! Sure enough I received them 3 days later, fast response and fast delivery! Now that’s customer service! Thanks again!
