“Filter is a perfect fit but wasn’t quite packed good enough for the trip and the aluminum frame suffered a significant bend/ damage despite the “Do Not Bend” & “Fragile” stickers on the outside of the bubblewrap envelope. Should not trust most carriers by shipping items like this in anything but a good box. Great customer service response to the incident, though.”

Unfortunately the 7/16 depth was way too big.
Turns out my filter is about 2/16.
But that was my fault.

“I’m was very impressed by the way our issue was handled. We received our filters damaged due to shipping and I was very unhappy , I was so looking forward to replacing my filters on that weekend after we installed a new stove top in our kitchen, I sent an email and pictures of the damaged filters. Soon after the weekend I received a message that another set will be delivered! Sure enough I received them 3 days later, fast response and fast delivery! Now that’s customer service! Thanks again!”
“I'm not going to go back into the website to determine why my filter is thinner than what I was expecting. My guess is that I clicked the wrong button. Maybe their product doesn't require the thickness of the old one. Even though it is thinner; it fits into place, works fine and I am very satisfied with it.”
“This range hood filter fits perfectly and is designed just like the original! It snaps into place seamlessly and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The only minor drawback is that it doesn’t have a tab to help with repositioning like the original filter, but that’s a small issue considering the excellent quality. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a reliable replacement.”
