Bought a dvd that was sold as “new”. When delivered it wasn’t wrapped in plastic, was badly scratched and had finger prints all over it. Complained and advised happy to send over pictures of both the listing it was sold under as new and also the clear and ridiculous damage. They responded offering a pathetic 25% refund. They have wasted my time, miss sold their product and I am yet to receive any refund as I have refused their disgusting offer. NEVER buy anything from these people they will rip you off and expect you to pay for the return which will cost you more than the product you have purchased. There are reliable companies out there and this is not one of them. Their customer service is a joke and their products are miss sold and defective. Buyer beware.
