“I would never order from rarewaves again....and you shouldn't either. I ordered a children's book on Nov. 2nd and was to receive no later than Dec. 17th, but it didn't arrive. They proceeded to blame the late delivery on our postal strike, even though that was not the shipping company they used. I contacted them numerous times to cancel and request a refund, they just kept giving me excuses and telling me to be patient. I finally received it mid-January but don't need it (Christmas was over) and now they will not respond to me or give me my refund back.
They are the not reliable or trustworthy. Never again. 1 Star is too much for them.”

They advertise items in Amazon and eBay (Rarewaves Outlet). They advertise the items on these platforms without having the item in stock. The buyer purchases the product and it's marked as shipped but never sent by the company. You can request for tracking number or proof of shipment but they will provide it. No any proof of postage.
100% scam of a company.”

I purchased 3 items through their website, i received an email a couple of days later saying that the items were out of stock and the order was being cancelled. I checked the online store and saw they have multiple items in stock but now they have more than doubled the price. Disgusting business practices from a very shady company.”
“Bought a dvd that was sold as “new”. When delivered it wasn’t wrapped in plastic, was badly scratched and had finger prints all over it. Complained and advised happy to send over pictures of both the listing it was sold under as new and also the clear and ridiculous damage. They responded offering a pathetic 25% refund. They have wasted my time, miss sold their product and I am yet to receive any refund as I have refused their disgusting offer. NEVER buy anything from these people they will rip you off and expect you to pay for the return which will cost you more than the product you have purchased. There are reliable companies out there and this is not one of them. Their customer service is a joke and their products are miss sold and defective. Buyer beware.”
