Pros: makes a great cup of coffee, looks great, I enjoy the daily coffee process, customer service has been excellent
Cons: lead time was absurd and way longer than expected, carafe lead time was even more absurd, annoying that all of it arrived in boxes from china, pouring out of the thermal lid is always a mess. Instead of being able to grab the pot and top off cups in the living room I have to gather cups and pour over the sink because it always makes a mess
