Hi Mark, Just wanted to leave a short note on the notNeutral coffee mug. Absolutely LOVE it, everything from the design, color, and heat retention for the coffee. The only disappointment was it developed a heat-related hairline crack in the first couple uses. Not sure if you have heard of any other cases, but just passing it along for what it’s worth. I’m still able to use the mug, but it leaves a ‘liquid ring’ wherever I set it:) As a side note: I’ve been extremely pleased with the Ratio Six! Recently upgraded to the Eight thermal carafe and that makes for a wonderful combo. Thanks for producing a high quality product! Daryn Martin
