Overall I thought this was a good experience, and I think I will try to do it seasonally as a reset. I don't know how people aren't hungry on this cleanse (Low sugar, protein). I was very hungry by late afternoon the first day and then the rest of the 3 day cleanse. It is definitely a challenge. The juices all tasted good, but I didn't like the peanut flavor. (My husband liked it).
