My first 5 day drink detox/cleanse ever. From all the reviews I thought this would be good tasting (not so much)
Positives: I wasn’t hungry (snacked on few raw veggies). My skin looked amazing after the 5 days. And I lost 7lbs.
Negatives: juices can be tough to get down. more sugar than I am used to eating even though it’s natural sugar, so my joints & muscles hurt.
No I wouldn’t do it again. It’s just not for me
