The juices were tasty but full of sugar. I was hungry most of the time as it was like drinking sugar water - not filling long term. It also did not work at the end of the day. I lost 2lbs and gained them right back a few days later - it was just due to liquid retention. Waste of money and energy and I really don’t think it’s healthy given sugar content.
