I’m only on the second day, but from yesterday morning to today, I have lost 3 pounds. I’m sure that some of this may be water weight, but I do have more energy. I slept well, which I never do, and I woke up feeling refreshed. I was skeptical about whether or not I’d make it the full 5 days, but I’m positive today that I can do this. The only thing I’m not super excited about is the “Sweet Roots” drink, it smells and tastes like wet dirt, so having to choke that one down is not my favorite, but I’ll get through it. 😂
