I did a 5 day cleanse last year. This year I figured I'd try the 10 day. I'm 6'2.5" and wieghes 245.4 lbs. After the last day I weighed out at 225.6, a total loss of 19.8 lbs. I know some was water weight but I can see less bloating in my upper stomach. Love handles, middle back and just all the way around went down. Now I understand I donr need all the extra food I was eating. Didn't have any solid food and I was just fine. Started working out and changing my mind set. I think it was a gonna jumping point, psychologically and physically. I just have to avoid eating out of boredom. Thanks for getting me started. Now I have to cook again ugh.
