Raw Generation provides an absolutely amazing product - not only the juices, but the abundance of information and support as well. The cleanse was a challenge the first two days, but by day 3, my cravings subsided and I was comfortable with the juice drinking regiment as well as eating raw fruits, vegetables, and nuts when hungry. I lost 1.5 lbs over the five days, and that made me very happy. But more importantly, it isn't about the number on the scale as much as it is about how much lighter and less bloated my body feels. At times throughout the cleanse I experienced some bouts of lack-of-energy, but that was easily cured by drinking water and having an avocado, banana or a handful of raw mixed nuts. I slept better, and felt much more rested after sleep than normal as well. So all around, a nice challenge that delivered on results and expectations. I loved the cleanse so much that I ordered the Stay Skinny method for the next two weeks to, hopefully, continue the slow and sustainable weight loss as well as just feel more healthy all around.
