The juices arrived half frozen, and they ALL were delicious. They even made me "drink" my beets and ginger, off which I am normally not a fan. I only drank 4 1/2 juices per day, so I added another day of cleanse with the remaining juices. I only ate raw fruits and veggies each day. The sugar and carb withdrawal was pretty hard for me, but I made it!
