YAY!!! I lost 5 lbs in 3 days, went from 130 to 125!! Originally I tried the protein cleanse, although it tasted really good, I didn't lose any weight. I wrote a review listing the pros and cons and was immediately contacted by Alison. I didn't even have to ask and she offered the skinny cleanse at no cost. I was excited to try it. I received the skinny cleanse within a week and started immediately. The juices were really good (not quite as good as the protein cleanse tho!) and kept me full. I did get a headache the 2nd day but I know that was because I hadn't drank enough water. I will be doing this cleanse periodically. Even if I gain a lb or 2 in the next couple of days, I'm still satisfied.
