I'm on the second day of my juice/fast and enjoying the product. Energy levels are good and there is plenty of supply for the day. The product arrived as expected and I was pleased with Saturday delivery. I have to say though that I almost didn't order the product after speaking with customer service. I received an email alerting me that the RG 75% off sale had been continued an extra day. It was the motivation I needed to call, but the woman I spoke to was very curt and told me the sale was no longer available. When I gave her the day and time I received the email, apparently she 'checked' and said, something to the effect of "Oh yeah, it is still available." As rude as she sounded initially, I guess I expected something along the lines of "I'm sorry sir. I was mistaken. May I help you. Bottom line, product is good. Delivery went smoothly, but customer service is in desperate need of professional training and dealing with the customer. Given that I'm all about the latter, I'm not sure at this point about reordering. Thank you for the opportunity to share.
