Loved the program. Was not hungry for the full 3 days. All shakes were tasty and 6 a day was enough to kill my appetite. Wasn't thrilled to have to pay $35.00 for Fed X delivery however. And I would say I lost at least 5 pounds for the 3 days, and maybe more. Next I would like to do the 5 or 7 day diet when the price is right and I don't have to pay that $35.00 Fed X charge.
