I have been drinking raw generation shakes for a few years and love them. I recently started the Keto shakes and honestly they are not as tasty as the others but they work. I have lost almost 8 pounds so far. I am getting use to the shakes after a few days. The 4stars are for the taste. 5 stars for my weight loss. I even lost after going to Las Vegas and eating a kinda Keto diet. Nothing worked for me to get me back to dropping pounds! Despite the taste I may order more.
