I usually don’t bother to write reviews, but I was SO happy with this product that I had to do it! The juices were really good (a couple I didn’t love- but everyone has preferences). I did the protein cleanse and was never hungry! I bought the 7 day and broke it into a 4 day mini-cleanse and 3 day one. I’ve only done the first mini and lost 10 lbs- and have been eating solid food for about 4 days. I lost a whole size! It’s real weight and I am motivated to continue and have healthy cravings! Gotta drink lots of water. I will do the second mini later this week. I don’t expect such drastic weight loss, but I know the number on the scale will go down. I have recommended this cleanse to a few people already.
