My order was received completely thawed on a late Friday afternoon, and I reached put via email to customer service even though it was only 10 minutes from the end of their business day. I INSTANTLY heard back and was told a new shipment would be sent out immediately with extra dry ice (first one had no ice). On Monday morning I received a new tracking number and by Thursday at new I had a brand new shipment completely frozen. I absolutely could not be any happier !
