I've never done anything like this before so I was expecting it to be awful. Especially the green juices. All of the juices were good and I longed to "chew" but I was never hungry. I lost quite a bit of weight (7-8lbs). I had more energy and for the most part I slept better which is usually a problem for me. It also afforded me the opportunity to cut down on liquor and has given me motivation to eat more healthily, drink less and lose more weight. All in all, it was a very good program for me. Thanks.
