This was my first time doing a cleanse. The first few days were really hard, I was super hungry and had a constant headache. By day three I was alright and wasn't as hungry for the rest of the time, but I really missed the variety of tastes and textures from food. The juices do all taste good. I read a lot of reviews beforehand and think that the people who didn't like the taste of them, probably don't like those veggies and fruits in the juices to begin with. I eat a lot of all of those, so it all tasted great to me. I did lose about 4 lbs, though a few have since come back (it's been less than a week since the cleanse finished). My stomach still hasn't come back to normal though, I've basically had an upset stomach since I stopped the cleanse. Though I like the idea, I would rather continue to eat healthy and workout, I need the variety of flavors. Great product though.
