Faster delivery than I realized, my order came within one day. They taste good, and even better when in a frozen slushy form. I lost 6lbs in my first week and still going. Loved that I could still have tea, salads, vegetables, and protein. It has given my body a complete reset. I have felt amazing and more energetic. My eczema is clearing up because of the gut balance.
