Absolute Garbage.
waiting for Bus 17 is like playing the lottery.
Even if there is no traffic on Oxford Road the Bus is always late and when it finally comes It's full.
It takes longer to get to work in Reading than to get to London from where I live. The most chaotic public transfer system I have ever seen.
