First time that I have had an opportunity to work with Red Education. Things seemed to go smoothly and as planned. I was kept informed of the class and the schedule. One thing that hampered the start of the class is that the student guide was not sent prior to the start of the class. There was about 2 hours of wasted time at the beginning of the class waiting for the student guide.
