“As someone who's always been eager to upskill in the tech industry, I had high expectations going into my course with Red Education. I'm thrilled to say that those expectations were not just met but exceeded. First off, the instructors are genuinely world-class. It's one thing to be knowledgeable, but it's another to be able to teach complex subjects in an easily digestible manner. My instructor managed to do both and even infused some humor into the sessions, which made learning enjoyable. The course materials were comprehensive and up-to-date, something that's crucial in an industry that's always evolving. I also appreciated how the curriculum was designed to be practical. We had plenty of hands-on labs and real-world scenarios that made the concepts come alive. By the end of the course, I felt I could directly apply what I had learned, which is ultimately what education should be about. Red Education's customer service was equally impressive. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, and I even received follow-up emails to ensure that everything was going smoothly. It's clear that they take customer satisfaction seriously, and that goes a long way in making students feel valued and supported. Overall, I'd say my experience with Red Education was nothing short of excellent. “The class on MDS Management took some time to organize due to the need for sufficient participants. However, once held, the presentation was well-executed. Unfortunately, the content provided by Check Point was somewhat lacking in depth and substance. A significant portion of the class focused on basic concepts, which left little time for exploring the more complex aspects and troubleshooting of the system.”

“The instructor Arthur was great. He had great knowledge to cover the CCSE book and questions conserning it. His english was good but the pronounciation was hard for me to understand sometimes. But that's not his fault, he was a great teacher. What brings down my rating to 3 stars are the lab environment. First of all there were a lot of bugs with the environment, for example I could not use RDP to access the lab because in the lab I could not start the VMWare environment, it just kept crashing, so I had to run it in guacamole instead witch was a bit of a pain in the ass. All the other participants also had a bunch of different problems with the labs, nothing which I have had before with any other company running these sorts of courses. The second thing that I think was bad with the labs is that you only had access to it during the course, which I do not think is enough to pass the CCSE exam... Prior to this I did the CCSA course with another company and there we got lab access for 6 months, which is more then enough to do all the labs again on our spare time.”
