The instructor Arthur was great. He had great knowledge to cover the CCSE book and questions conserning it. His english was good but the pronounciation was hard for me to understand sometimes. But that's not his fault, he was a great teacher. What brings down my rating to 3 stars are the lab environment. First of all there were a lot of bugs with the environment, for example I could not use RDP to access the lab because in the lab I could not start the VMWare environment, it just kept crashing, so I had to run it in guacamole instead witch was a bit of a pain in the ass. All the other participants also had a bunch of different problems with the labs, nothing which I have had before with any other company running these sorts of courses. The second thing that I think was bad with the labs is that you only had access to it during the course, which I do not think is enough to pass the CCSE exam... Prior to this I did the CCSA course with another company and there we got lab access for 6 months, which is more then enough to do all the labs again on our spare time.
