Ordered a bed, the box was ripped opened and cellotaped up again. There was no instructions or fitments, no screws or bolts!! Contacted you and you said you were going to send them out on express delivery, we didn't receive them until a week later after ringing several times. When we got the bolts we noticed they were posted second class, we ask to send them express!! Also no instructions. No apologise, would never recommend...
