Rented a car with rental cover insurance. During my rental period I had a crack in the front window. Making a claim was very easy as I had all documents available. The communication wasn't personal. All was automatically generated. For me this was fine. Took only 2 business days too get my claim approved and another business day to get the payment on my bank account. Can't say anything bad about my experience really. Other than the initial payment was 50 euro's short somehow. After replying to their earlier emails I got another claim approval with remaining amount.
