AVOID using rentalcover.com. I had an accident where the other driver was at fault, and I submtted the claim. I am told by RC that the investigation process can take several months and then they may or may not pay me if I cannot prove I was not at fault.
So for a no-fault policy this is wrong. And I may or may not get my money back in several months.
And it is impossible to talk to anyone as they do not list a contact number.
