trying to file a claim for vandalism. after filing out and downloading the document requests with police reports, photos, rental agreements and tried to submit it came back as unable to find the the page. i have also contacted Rentalcar.com which owns this company and after more than 3 hours on the phone and being put on hold multiable time they gave me a number to call which ended up being some on the other side trying to sell me something. do not Under any circumstances use either of these company.
