Lied about whether or not their insurance coverage would be accepted by the company I rented the vehicle from and then made me jump through a ton of hoops to try to get my money back. They didn’t refund me because I hadn’t cancelled before the date of my coverage, but I couldn’t have known that the company would refuse their insurance u til prior to that date. Total scam
