Do not use!!! This company is a scam. Can’t reach anyone via phone, chat or email. In the case of a claim you will need to pay back the car rental company first! A totaled car could cost upwards of $30,000. That’s right, you must pay that before filling any claim that will likely be ignored by rentalcover.com.
