My order went through 4 times in duplication due to website errors. Customer service unwilling to accept the issue existed or even help and said, "Luckily you are very ahead from your pick up date so you should be able to cancell all of them with just a click" - Thankfully!
I wouldn't want to deal with this company in a real claim if the purchase process is this incoherent.
