I purchased insurance for a car rental, but never received any confirmation from the company, even though the payment went through successfully and was confirmed by my bank. Despite multiple attempts to contact them—through emails, chat, and phone—I was completely ignored. Not a single email was answered, no agent ever joined the chat, and the only phone number I could find turned out to be nonexistent.
In short, I got scammed. If you value your peace of mind, stay far away from them. They caused me significant stress at the start of my holiday.
