I would give zero stars if that were an option. I was charged £39 for a one-month subscription after my trial period, and it has been nothing short of a frustrating experience. The listings are predominantly outdated, with many properties falsely labeled as new listed but its just another re-listed out of date one. This level of service is unacceptable for a company that claims to provide up-to-date information. Moreover, when it states "private landlord," it’s misleading, as it often refers to agencies. Most listings can be found on Zoopla and Rightmove, which are both free and offer a much better selection and user friendly. Frankly, using Rentola feels like falling victim to a property scam. People are desperate to find rentals, and this service takes advantage of that desperation by advertising properties that are simply not available.
