I have been bothered by your company through Intrum for a few times now about paying an outstanding invoice which is completely unreasonable. I started my free trial subscription on the 19th of October. In your terms you state that after 14 days the free trial turns into a subscription. As I didn’t like the platform I cancelled the subscription in November. I refuse to pay the now 80€ outstanding invoice for the rest of the subscription? I have done some research and found that you take advantage of the vulnerable apartment seekers all the time and will make sure to leave a review everywhere, advising people to stay away from your company.
