Their customer service is terrible. It began with “2 day” shipping and took the part over a week to arrive. Then the part did not work (I even took the part to the Ford dealer to verify it wasn’t working). They told me over the phone to send it back for a refund. After it was delivered back to them, it took me 5 emails and a week and a half to get my “partial refund”. Tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee and shipping on a part that was broken. Do not give them a single penny of your money.
