If you want to sell something on the reverb website and you make an honest mistake on your listing, it gets suspended.
The website has no mechanism for removing it, so you are stuck until someone at the company decides to help you.
The process isn't complicated, you simply make the correction on the offending listing, notify them, then wait, wait, wait........silence.........
In the mean time, your listings with the mistakes remain in your account with no way to get rid of them and potential buyers look elsewhere.
The site is great otherwise.
