Went on there the first time to buy some ear pads, and couldn't sign up as I got flagged for some security reason. Well I went through verification and still stuck. Contacted them and no response. Never even been on their site before, and automatically banned, even with different email address. It's one thing that they auto-ban new customers for no reason, but they don't respond to any requests for help why it happened.
I've given up and now I wouldn't buy anything there if you paid me with the fact they have no customer support, and even if you've never been there you can get banned/suspended even before you sign up.
