A very expensive guitar I ordered was stolen and Reverb did nothing to help. The advise I got from Reverb was
1. Contact the seller (absolutely no help there).
2. Contact Paypal (I paid 100 percent up front via credit card).
After doing almost 100g worth of business with them, I am absolute done with Reverb.
