Reverb has no phone number listed to talk to someone in customer service. That is very hands-off and impersonable. I needed help throughout the process of selling. The auto assistant is worthless… it did not understand most anything you asked. When you’re dealing with money, a person needs to know things are handled correctly… so when Reverb leaves your money in the hands of an auto chat bot that doesn’t understand you, then that is very frustrating. Why doesn’t Reverb have a phone number listed for person to person conversation to help with the process of buying and selling?
Reverb charges 5% selling fee, then another 2.7% processing fee. WAY TOO MUCH!
Reverb just seems like a shady company… when someone doesn’t want to talk to you in person… Red Flags should go up… Will never do business with them again. Luckily I dealt with a normal honest human being that I sold to.
