I received an Email this morning telling me to confirm my Email address with Reverb.
I have never used Reverb before, never visited their site, never had anything to do with them.
I've just finished trying to sort it all out, and their customer service is pure sh**.
I was put through to a virtual assistant, who didn't understand the questions I asked, and wasn't programmed to respond to 'I have no account and think someone made one in my name'.
I was told by it to ask for an appointment with an actual person, BUT I NEEDED AN ACCOUNT TO DO THAT!
You can see why that wouldn't work!
All in all, from what I could cobble together to get an account or find the one that sent something to my address ended up getting that account suspended, so at least there's that.
I don't even know what was actually going on, all I know is that I had to put a stop to it myself.
