Worst customer service ever!
I've sold a guitar to a guy in a different country. The carrier tried to deliver the parcel even if it was completely torn up and the guitar stolen, at least that's what the buyer says.
I've immediately reported everything to the shipping company. They're looking into it. So I'm waiting, but that's not good enough, stupid Reverb is mobbing me trying to force me to pay immediately from my own pocket.
"They have to provide the best experience to the buyer.." they say, but what about me? No help at all? I'm not some kind of shop.
Of course if on top of their super expensive fees you pay for their super expensive shipping labels then MAYBE they'll help you too.
Worst experience ever.
Sell your stuff somewhere else.
