Samuel said all he could do was slap me in the face with a 30.00 credit and didn't even get that. He rudely hung up on me denying the facts in black and white in the description. When has a tightly cropped picture become a description? And I gave this k & b discount crook place one star which Reverb.com somehow changed it to 5 stars?! They also read all private messages like peeping tom's. DON'T BUY THRU THEM. NO DIRECT PHONE NUMBER, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
