Sold on reverb for years. Now a buyer filed a not as described return. I asked the buyer what was wrong. They would not respond to me. So i denied the return. Several days later reverb gave the buyer a refund and he still has the item. So basically he stole the item from me and reverb is good with that. He would not respond to messages as to what the issue was and now he has a free guitar pedal and i am out the money. Reverb does not care that the buyer is a scammer that stole the item. I have 313 positive transactions on reverb under Tison’s Gear Shop and now a buyer gives no reason as to what a problem is and they get a free pedal
