Before the sale of my product, they asked me to update my debit card information. After the sale, they sent the product to the wrong institution. I asked support why they need my debit account information if they aren't going to send it to them.
Support "May A." stated that they needed my debit card to bill me for my sale.
Bill me for the sale that was already billed out of the sale itself?????? That makes no sense, why would I be billed for anything external when they take the money out of the sale itself?????? Instead they sent my money to a wrong account forcing me to wait up to TWENTY DAYS when I need this money YESTERDAY. I don't want to sell my gear, but I sure do like being able to pay my bills. Seriously NEVER again. NEVER even EBAY has you VERIFY
