I had sent an email to cancel my perscription several months ago. I just got a text message saying my order had shipped. I called customer service. They said they only take cancellation verbally over the phone. I asked to be cancelled and got a note saying it was cancelled. I then said I wanted to send it back and get my money back. They said that they don't take the package back. To bad so sad. I went to the FedEx site to look at the status. It hasn't been picked up.
Be warned this is a mess and best not to get involved with REX MD.
